How to Use the Hemp Tape
- Clean the area of skin where you’ll place the tape
- Remove the printed liner from the tape – avoid touching the exposed adhesive
- Firmly press the patch onto your skin – avoid stretching the last 2 inches of the tape’s end
- The adhesive is heat activated, rub for 10-15 seconds with the fingers or palm

The tape adheres best on areas with minimal hair
Before workout – To take advantage of the tape, it is recommended applying 2 hours in advance of an activity for optimal effects
After workout – To take advantage of the tape, it is recommended to apply a single strip of tape post-workout
